Roadside Assistance

Covers flat batteries (jump starts), flat tyres, fuel delivery (up to 5 litres), locksmith services, urgent message transmission, and towing for breakdowns or accidents (up to 120km round trip).
Includes courtesy transport, hotel accommodation (up to R500 per group), or car rental (up to R500) for incidents over 100km from home; vehicle repatriation up to R500.
Annual limits: R750-R1800 per service; 2 incidents per category.

Home Assistance

Emergency repairs for electrical issues, burst pipes, blocked drains, geysers, locksmiths, and glaziers (call-out fee + first hour labour; parts excluded).
Excludes maintenance, appliances, pools, and non-regulated repairs; up to 3 incidents annually.
Emergency service notifications to police, ambulance, etc.
