We launched our graduate programme in 2019 with the aim of giving young graduates a strong foundation to start their careers in insurance. The programme is designed to accelerate learning and development within a supportive, hands-on environment.

Over an 18-month period, graduates gain exposure to different areas of the business while being guided by experienced brokers and underwriters who act as mentors throughout the journey. This structure allows graduates to build practical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge.

On successful completion of the programme, graduates may be offered permanent positions within the business, reflecting our commitment to long-term development and growth from within.
