This includes claims related to insured vehicles, such as accidents, theft, hijacking, damage, or other motor-related incidents covered under your policy.

- Complete and submit the required documentation as soon as possible
Depending on the nature of the claim, this may include:
Motor accident claim form
Motor extensions claim form
Motor theft or hijacking claim form
- If you require immediate roadside or emergency assistance, contact the emergency assistance provider linked to your policy.
- Report the incident to the police. A police report is required for most motor claims. Please ensure you obtain a valid case reference number.
- Please take photos of the following: Damage to the vehicle The number plates of all vehicles involved The licence disk of all vehicles involved.
- A loss adjustor is assigned to inspect the validity of the claim and final costings.
Note that every claim starts off the same way, but due to the nature of some elements, there are differences.
